     Welcome to my website, Body Mind Song, a site dedicated to healing with consciousness.  It seems our bodies, our lives, our culture, our relationships, and our planet need healing.  Although my personal focus and skill is in healing bodies, I hope this consciousness healing will have a ripple effect in our world. 
 
     When our lives get out of balance, it affects our bodies, and when our bodies get out of balance, they often make noise so we will pay attention.  This noise manifests itself as pain, insomnia, headaches, allergies, anxiety, illness or other forms of 'dis-ease'.

     Optimum health occurs when all bodymind systems, (physical, energetic, and psychological) are performing together as a symphony.  The process of tapping into the body's innate ability to heal itself, listening and witnessing, allows a shift in consciousness that opens the body for healing.

     This process is effective on its own, but works well with other treatments, often being the force that allows a body to turn the corner on a particularly sticky or chronic issue.
